Satisfied Clients

Here are a few words from our customers, have a read.

This is Biddy Davidson our one and only Scottie we just love her

Our first is from Shakey and Jasper thanks so much we greatly appreciate it.  Dont forget we are looking for plenty more...

   Gday
I have a 2.5yo Grate Dane called Jaspa he is a dark chocalate brown & like all danes has a good nature but a big stubborn streak .

I have been taking Jaspa to the Naked Hound since Jane took over, & must say the service is fantastic.

At first Jane & I had to fight to get him into the bath but now he goes straight in waging his tail.

He loves all the pampering he gets from all the staff there, its even gotten to the stage of not being able to walk him past the shop door without him stopping & wanting to go inside.

Almost forgot a very important part & that is the fact his coat is so shiny & soft that every body comments on him.
                                                       Cheers Shakey

ps.... any body is welcome to come & see me at Copmanhurst Tip to verify this testimony or if you see us walking around Grafton say hi,  & see for yourself

Our Second  is from Linda.

Her family has just adopted a beautiful apricot Minature Poodle named Suzie (Suzi Q is her nick name)

Here is her comment thanks heaps Linda.

I want to add some words to your testimonial site.
Shame we didn't get a before and after photo of Suzie Q because the differences is astounding, she looks like a poodle now and I love the ribbons in her ears. I will be bringing her back for more of the same. Thanks so much for your expertise.

Katrina thanks heaps for your wonderful words, Oscar is always a pleasure to work on and he does look beautiful in his bandana

Thank you Jane for always going the extra mile. You have fantastic customer service & really nuture your 4 legged guests. Oscar my Bichon Frise was adopted by us 5 years ago at Yagona RSPCA. We unfortunatly have no idea why Oscar ended up in care. His first years of life are a mystery. He is a very quite, shy boy who took many months to bring him out of his shell. He still suffers with abandment issues so leaving him in the care of others is still nerve racking for him. You can read Oscar like an open book & when he is not happy he is really sad & with drawn. We have relocated a few times which means finding Oscar a new groomer. Jane has done wonders for Oscar. She is gentle & cares about his well being while still doing her task at hand. He comes out with a smile & wags his tale. Thank you so much for your care & attention to detail. Kind Regards Katrina, Jamie & Oscar of course. Yamba.
