Our Roxy and Honey have been going to the Naked Hound since Jane took over. We are extremely happy with the service, quality and extra care taken with our two babies. I will say I was a bit embarassed picking them up today with their toe nails painted, lucky the car wasn't far away. I would recommend the Naked Hound to anyone.

Thank you Jane for always going the extra mile. You have fantastic customer service & really nuture your 4 legged guests. Oscar my Bichon Frise was adopted by us 5 years ago at Yagona RSPCA. We unfortunatly have no idea why Oscar ended up in care. His first years of life are a mystery. He is a very quite, shy boy who took many months to bring him out of his shell. He still suffers with abandment issues so leaving him in the care of others is still nerve racking for him. You can read Oscar like an open book & when he is not happy he is really sad & with drawn. We have relocated a few times which means finding Oscar a new groomer. Jane has done wonders for Oscar. She is gentle & cares about his well being while still doing her task at hand. He comes out with a smile & wags his tale. Thank you so much for your care & attention to detail. Kind Regards Katrina, Jamie & Oscar of course. Yamba.

Good to hear you have experience in grooming poodles. We have two male toy poodles and have been getting them done at Maclean vets but have not been entirely happy with the result. Will be ringing you soon to make an appointment.

4 weeks yet,Jenny is on the sharpening machine, I am on the assembling of the blades, and repairs,much like your shop with Steve, helping a loved one,if it doesn't repair i will have to go get some screwsd in it,it has been 4 months todate,the trouble is my age 61,we oldies don't repair as quickly as we did when young.

BOY you guys have come so far in such a short time your web site, is so nice I couldn't leave your site until I checked everything out (doggies) it reminded me of our grooming shop in Canberra, it is very good to see someone is doing things right for once, where the customer is the animal, keep up the good work, you will be successful, Regards,Colin.
